Unlike the Ubiquiti UACC-PoE+-2.5G, the TL-PoE160S tops out at standard Gigabit Ethernet rather than 2.5GbE. For a single security camera, that difference is not noticeable in practice, since even a 4K camera stream uses only a fraction of Gigabit bandwidth.
